Individual Accounts

No. We’ve worked hard to make this as a resource for individuals and price it as low as possible. This is built upon a honor and integrity system. Please do your best to not share your login and encourage other individuals to purchase their own accounts.

It happens to the best of us. Head to the login screen at https://courses.frankdamazio.com/users/sign_in and click “Forgot Password” to reset it. If that doesn’t work, just shoot us an email and we’ll send you a password reset.

We aren’t able to offer downloads on any of our video courses. Notes, audio & resources are always downloadable.

If you are looking to use any courses for teaching and training purposes please upgrade to a Church Account. The difference of your individual account can be taken off the final purchase price. Contact us for more information.

If you’re not satisfied with an online course or digital product from Frank Damazio Ministries, first and foremost, we want you to know we’re here to serve you. We aspire to do our best to exceed expectations and provide excellence in your learning and development as a leader. That’s why we want to give you plenty of time to decide what’s working for you and what’s not. Your request should meet the following requirements to receive a full refund:

– You have 7 days after the date of purchase to request a full refund (After the 7 day period has passed, a partial refund may be requested on a case-by-case basis)

– We ask that you complete at least part of the course before determining whether you’d like a refund

This refund does not apply to prices or products purchased at other online retailers or sites. If you have additional questions regarding our refund policy, please reach out to our team at courses@frankdamazio.com

Church Accounts

Up to 100. We only ask that you limit your access code to people inside your church or organization. We’ve work hard to make this as a resource for the church and is built upon a honor and integrity system. Please do your best to keep your users within your church and encourage other churches or individuals outside your organization to purchase their own accounts.

After purchase, you should receive an access code and link that is specific and unique to your church (group). Check your SPAM or email us at courses@frankdamazio.com if you don’t see it, it may take up to 24 hours to receive.

Have them use that link when they sign up for an account and they’ll be able to gain access. They’ll automatically be tagged to your church or organization in the backend of our system. If you need any updates or progress reports we’d be happy to send that over to you. 

Yes. A Church Account is also a temporary license for you to be able to take your team through the content together. Downloading the material is prohibited.
