Part 5 of a 5 part series. Few psalms have found as much use as Palm 51, the Psalm of the Pure Heart, a cleansing psalm. The psalm describes the occasion of King David’s sin of adultery with Bathsheba, a dark moment in the life of a great man. God forgave David but there were consequences for his violation of God’s laws.
