It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Damazio Resource site where my dream of providing meaningful materials for leaders has become a reality. The marvelous tool created for such a time as this is the web. It has given us the ability to transcend time and distance with micro-second connections that allow anyone to download trustworthy and proven materials.

It is with genuine anticipation that we open this site to the world for leaders of all ages and races, and for anyone desiring to know more of God or to find resources to use for ministry, whether they are lay leaders, missionaries, pastors, teachers, professors, or anyone else.

I am believing in the power of words to help, inspire, encourage, and motivate leaders to a higher level of ministry and impact in today’s world. All ideas start small but have the potential to take root and grow into something great.

I am praying this resource site will be a God-idea, one that supplies seed to the sower and bread for the eater. I bring with me ministry experiences of over 33 years that includes teaching at a Bible college, pioneering a church, and pastoring a small church, a mid-size church, a large church, and now a multi-site church of thousands. My joy has been to grow people into disciples that become leaders who impact their world.

This site has resources never before available to anyone anywhere – my sermon notes with exposition and outlines for the leader, for the teacher, for the small group leader, for the youth pastor, and for the worship pastor. All will benefit from these exhaustive notes. It also contains my personal research papers, prayer cards, and book reviews.
